- Location: Lutterworth
- 16 \- 35 hours per week (options available)
We’re looking for an Administrator who thrives on detail, enjoys working with people, and wants to play a key role in helping our team deliver the very best service to clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping client records up\-to\-date and accurate (you’ll be the go\-to for making sure everything is in order).
- Supporting the team with research, reports, and financial planning documents.
- Talking to providers and clients to chase information and keep things moving smoothly.
- Producing and checking key documents to make sure everything is compliant and correct.
- Helping the whole team stay organised and on top of deadlines.
- Some experience in financial services administration (or a strong willingness to learn if you’re new to financial services). – Not necessary but desirable
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organised.
- Strong communication skills within the team.
- Confidence to pick up the phone and talk to clients and providers in a professional, friendly way.
- Good at problem solving and a 'can do' approach
- Good time management, able to meet deadlines and organise own workload
- Good IT skills – especially with Microsoft Office and workflow systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude – you enjoy being busy and getting things done!
