TM Onsite, part of the Taskmaster Resourcing, is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client ID Logistics, for their brand\-new distribution centre in Sherburn in Elmet.

Your Role: High\-Level Order Picker
As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient picking of goods at heights of up to 14 meters, operating a High\-Level Order Picker (HLOP) within a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking stock accurately from high\-racking systems using VNA trucks
- Navigating and working in a safe manner and following all health and safety protocols
- General manual handling and other warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- FLT and MHE experience essential,
- Full training provided on HLOP provided
- Warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at height and using emergency equipment
- Experience using HLOP or working in VNA environments is highly desirable
- Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a fast\-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 5 days out of 6 (with Sundays off and alternate Saturdays required)
- Own transport required due to limited public transport in the area

- £12\.75 per hour – Initial training rate
- £13\.75 per hour – AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00\)
- £14\.75 per hour – PM Shift (14:00 – 22:00\)
