Onsite Recruitment Account Manager
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0600 \- 1400
Contract Type: Full\-time, Permanent
Driving Licence \& Own Transport Required
Due to rapid growth and continued success, we are looking for a dedicated Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our team in Rugby. This role supports recruitment operations and manages the onsite workforce, reporting to the Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check\-in and support staff at the start of each shift.
- Attend team briefs and client planning meetings.
- Update and maintain CRM records.
- Register, vet, and induct new candidates.
- Create worker profiles in the time \& attendance system.
- Manage and update staffing rotas.
- Book and coordinate temporary staffing needs.
- Provide holiday and weekend out\-of\-hours mobile support as required.
- Previous onsite recruitment experience (ideal but not essential).
- Highly flexible with a \\"hit the ground running\\" attitude.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner and proactive approach.
- Up to £35,000k
