What we offer:

• Salary: £31,000\- £34,500 (Experience Dependent)


• Contracted Hours: 8\.00am \- 5:30pm (Monday\-Friday)


• Office Based Role

You’ll be the go\-to person for our key clients—building trusted relationships, delivering tailored logistics solutions, and driving account growth through exceptional service and strategic insight.

What you’ll do:

• Build and nurture long\-term relationships with key clients across various industries


• Understand and anticipate client needs, offering smart, tailored transport solutions


• Act as the lead contact—responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction


• Collaborate cross\-functionally to deliver on projects with precision and efficiency


• Identify growth opportunities and help expand services within existing accounts

• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar client\-facing role) in transport/logistics


• In\-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics processes


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills


• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse trends and build account plans


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with transport planning/management software
