Roles and Responsibilities

We’re currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our operations team at our Redhouse depot. This role is an essential part of our pre\-wholesale logistics operation, with key responsibilities including:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods for accuracy and condition.


• Accurately completing documentation and goods\-in procedures.


• Safely and efficiently putting stock away in line with MHRA and GDP regulations.


• Supporting general warehouse functions including picking, packing, replenishment, and stock control.


• Maintaining clean and safe work areas in line with company housekeeping standards.


• Following all on\-site SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).


• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and manual handling protocols.


• Assisting with warehouse printer operations and other tasks as needed.


• Being open to additional training as required to support operational effectiveness.

Essential:

• Flexible approach to work and willingness to support where needed.


• Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.


• Ability to accurately check in and receipt pharmaceutical products.

• Previous experience in warehouse or pharmaceutical logistics (not required — training provided).


• Applicants with a valid MHE licence will be preferred.
