Warehouse Operative/Healthcare Delivery Driver

Our Healthcare division plays a vital role in delivering essential, life\-enhancing medical products directly to patients and care providers across the UK. As part of a global healthcare logistics network, we combine international expertise with a strong local commitment to patient care.

With 8 depots nationwide and continued expansion, we are seeking a reliable and professional Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our Nottingham depot. This is a dual\-role position involving both warehouse operations and delivery driving, requiring previous experience in both areas.

The Role

This is more than just logistics, it is about delivering essential healthcare products safely, efficiently, and with compassion. Many deliveries will be made directly to elderly and vulnerable patients in their homes, so empathy, patience, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing healthcare products accurately and efficiently


• Loading and unloading vehicles in line with safety procedures


• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (valid licence desirable)


• Completing multi\-drop deliveries of medical supplies to patients and healthcare settings


• Ensuring products are handled safely and compliantly, particularly sensitive healthcare items


• Maintaining accurate documentation and delivery records


• Working closely with drivers, warehouse colleagues, and customer service teams


• Representing the company professionally at all times

• Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, stock handling)


• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence


• Previous delivery driving experience


• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points


• Strong communication skills and a customer\-focused approach


• Calm, patient, and compassionate temperament


• Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure \& Barring Service) check
