Interim HR Manager \- Nottingham
The rewards
- Up to £42,000 per annum
- 12\-month fixed\-term contract with potential to become permanent
- Full\-time — Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am–4:00pm with flexibility
- Onsite in Nottingham
- Managing the full employee lifecycle across the business
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters including complex and sensitive cases
- Coaching and supporting managers through HR issues and people challenges
- Supporting recruitment activity in partnership with external agencies
- Reviewing and updating contracts, policies, and HR documentation
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and preparing for upcoming legislative changes
- Supporting ongoing HR projects and transformation initiatives
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems (CharlieHR)
- Pragmatic and resilient standalone HR professional
- Commercially minded with a hands\-on approach
- Confident supporting managers through complex people issues
- Able to balance strategic project work with operational HR demands
- Relationship\-focused with experience in a blue\-collar or multi\-site environment
