Warehouse Operative

Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full\-time
Shift: 15:30 – 12:00am Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy and supportive warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands\-on work, is comfortable with physical tasks, (including heavy lifting) and prefers an afternoon\-to\-late\-night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently


• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and correctly


• Carrying out quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods


• Assisting with shipping and receiving, checking deliveries against paperwork


• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment


• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (where trained)


• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience


• Forklift experience


• Ability to perform physical work, including heavy lifting


• Strong attention to detail


• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics processes


• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
