Warehouse & Operations Assistant

Humdingers Catering Ltd is looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse \& Operations Assistant to support our busy catering and logistics operation across London.

This is a hands\-on role working alongside our Warehouse Manager, helping ensure deliveries, stock, equipment returns and warehouse operations run smoothly day\-to\-day. The role would suit someone proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast\-paced catering environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily warehouse organisation and operations


• Receiving, checking and putting away supplier deliveries


• Preparing catering orders and dispatch support


• Managing delivery crate and equipment returns


• Checking shortages, discrepancies and missing items


• Supporting stock control and stock counts


• Assisting with supplier ordering and operational admin tasks


• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation


• Supporting the operations team during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and hardworking attitude


• Good organisational and communication skills


• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative


• Comfortable with physical warehouse work


• Good attention to detail


• Previous warehouse, logistics or catering experience beneficial


• Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential

Pay: £14\.00\-£14\.50 per hour
