About Us:
Super Smart Service Ltd (SSS) established in December 2015 in the West Midlands, UK. We are a large\-scale multinational logistics company under the Zong Teng Group. Our main business is to provide Chinese domestic cross border e\-sellers and local online retailers in the UK to expand reliable warehousing businesses and timely delivery service platforms on international platforms. The operation started by providing reliable fulfilment warehousing solutions and prompt final mile distribution service for our cross\-border e sellers and UK local online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and other platforms. Over the past few years, we have formed strong working relationships with partners like Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, China Post, DPD, XDP, Palletways as well as Goodcang, YunExpress and other logistic giants. Currently, our warehouses have expanded all over the world with over 10 warehouses in the UK and the business is still expanding continually. We have sites in Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Worcester, Wolverhampton, Derby Stone and Nottingham areas.
The Role:
\- Picking, packing, sorting and processing business orders are mandatory tasks.
\- Assisting warehouse team leaders and managers with daily activities within different departments, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and aftersales management.
\- Communicating and coordinating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
\- Supporting and improving the implementation of warehouse processes and procedures.
\- Performing additional tasks as assigned by warehouse managers.
The ideal Candidate:
\- Can do full\-time and is eligible to work in the UK.
\- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
\- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Fluency in English and Mandarin would be an advantage, as this role needs to communicate effectively with the HQ in China.
\- A background in logistics or supply chain will be advantageous but not essential. The company will provide comprehensive and constructive training programme.
\- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
\- Can be flexible to work overtime if required.
Working hours:
\- Monday to Friday and maybe one day at the weekend. 7am/ 8am/ 9am and various shifts.
