We are looking for a motivated Team Administrator to join our South East Community Rehabilitation Team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). You will support a busy multidisciplinary team delivering community\-based rehabilitation services, based at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield.

You will have:

A good standard of general education and basic IT skills

Experience in an administrative or customer service role

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A professional, reliable and flexible approach to work

Experience within a healthcare setting and knowledge of NHS systems would be an advantage but not essential.

You will provide efficient, reliable administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing telephone calls, messages and general enquiries in a professional manner

  • Registering referrals and maintaining accurate patient records on clinical systems

  • Booking, cancelling and amending appointments in line with service procedures

  • Producing routine correspondence using standard templates

  • Supporting meeting arrangements and general office administration

  • Maintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry at all times
