About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to support the daily operations of our busy warehouse. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern — working 12\-hour shifts from 06:00 \- 18:00 and 18:00 \- 06:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound deliveries, ensuring they are unloaded correctly and efficiently in line with technical/quality SOPs

  • Handling outbound collections, ensuring they are loaded correctly and efficiently in accordance with business SOPS

  • Unloading and loading of trailers, operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment in line with Health \& Safety SOPs where necessary

  • Processing all stock movements in D365 system in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with SOPs provided

  • Participating in physical stock takes and regular cycle counts to ensure D365 stock accuracy

  • Handling stock in line with technical/quality standards

  • Reporting all stock adjustments required to Warehouse Supervisor

  • Filing necessary paperwork in D365 \& physically

  • Supporting other warehouse teams where needed

  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

  • Maintaining adherence to all Health \& Safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.

  • Current FLT licence (essential).

  • Strong team player with good communication skills.

  • Proactive and takes initiative when solving problems.

  • Understanding of ERP/warehouse management systems (D365 knowledge a bonus).

  • Commitment to health, safety, food safety, and quality standards.
