• Inspire and lead a warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, service targets and customer expectations


• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective task allocation, resource management and productivity performance


• Communicate KPIs, SLAs and operational priorities through regular team briefs and engagement sessions


• Champion a strong safety culture by maintaining Health \& Safety standards and compliance across the operation


• Support colleague development, continuous improvement projects and employee relations activities to build a high\-performing team

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment is preferred


• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and build effective working relationships at all levels.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast\-paced operational environment.


• Experience working within an automated FMCG warehousing operation would be advantageous.
