We are looking for a reliable and caring Care Assistant to support one client in their own home in Alvaston, Derby.
This is a regular role with guaranteed hours and a consistent rota, making it suitable for someone looking for stable care work rather than travelling between multiple clients.

You will support the client with their day\-to\-day care and wellbeing while helping them remain comfortable and independent in their own home.
Duties may include:
\- Personal care and support with daily routines
\- Companionship and reassurance
\- Meal preparation
\- Medication support in line with the care plan and training
\- Light household duties
\- Monitoring and reporting any changes in wellbeing
\- Completing care records accurately
\- Following the client's care plan and agreed routines
\- Communicating with the care team and family where appropriate

You should be:
\- Reliable and punctual
\- Caring, patient and respectful
\- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
\- Able to communicate clearly
\- Able to follow care plans and complete care records
\- Available to work a regular rota

Applicants must have a current Enhanced DBS suitable for working with adults.
Previous experience working in care is preferred.
