• You will work as part of the Warehouse, Assembly \& Delivery team and provide support to the Warehouse Manager \& Sales Team.


• Assist in co\-ordinating all goods\-inwards, warehouse storage, customer/showroom furniture delivery and assembly tasks as per the BoConcept standards.


• Utilise the BoConcept system to initiate and control claims and returns.


• Help to achieve efficient, timely deliveries to customers.


• Co\-ordinate the assembly and demonstration of furniture to the BoConcept published standards.


• Ensure that you provide the optimum level of customer service and that customers, their homes and belongings are treated with the utmost care, respect and politeness always.


• Previous BoConcept experience would be a fantastic asset but any experience logistics and/or furniture assembly/carpentry would be highly valued.


• Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required.
