Warehouse Assistant

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our busy operations team.

Main Responsibilities
- Process Inventory for delivery
- Store, organise and store inventory in the correct location
- Process and store returned inventory
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the logistics manager
- Unload goods in and allocate to stock location
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Ensure PPE is worn by all visitors to the warehouse.
- Operate FLT and other motorised mechanical lift assists
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping within the warehouse•
- Process and allocate all documentation
- Liaise with external couriers and transport providers to ensure stock for despatch is sent out on time and to quality standards.
- To ensure manual and automated dispensing systems are supported and supplied with stock to ensure an efficient dispensing system.
- To ensure the operational software systems and equipment are used in accordance with the guidance given and tasks may include and not limited to stock selection, loading, sortation of orders and packing of orders of the automated dispensing system.
Essential:
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in handling or storing medication
- Experience using inventory software
