Ward Sister/Charge Nurse
This is an unique opportunity at Salisbury Hospice, for our In\-Patient Unit are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Registered Nurse to join our team in a leadership role.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop or further consolidate their management and leadership skills and experience, whilst taking on this leadership role.
We are a busy 10 bed specialist unit, dedicated to high standards of care for our patients and their families. We are looking to appoint to 0\.9WTE / 34 hrs per week worked over a 4 week period.
Staff development and training is important to us and there are various career pathway options throughout the Specialist Services we offer here at Salisbury.
You will be a nurse that is able to demonstrate the highest standards of nursing care for patients with Specialist Palliative Care needs. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and work well within the ward team and the wider multi\-professional teams.

Dependent on experience when starting in role we will discuss and plan your induction with us, so you will have the opportunity to develop in the role or consolidate existing skills and experience.
