Customer Sales Advisor

Job Overview
Reclaim Nation is a fast\-growing furniture brand specialising in reclaimed, industrial and characterful pieces sold online and through our showrooms. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the team at our Wilton showroom.

As the face of the brand in store, you will guide customers through our ranges, understand what they are trying to achieve in their home, and turn enquiries into sales while delivering a genuinely helpful, no\-pressure experience. You will be central to hitting the showroom's sales targets and to building the kind of reputation that earns five\-star reviews and repeat custom.

Duties

• Welcome every customer and proactively engage with browsers to understand their needs, style and budget.


• Confidently demonstrate and sell across the Reclaim Nation range, using strong product knowledge to match customers to the right pieces.


• Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets, average transaction value (ATV) and add\-on goals.


• Maximise attachment sales – care kits, accessories and Staingard furniture protection – to grow basket value and warranty conversion.


• Process orders, payments, delivery bookings and customer records accurately on the Ordorite system.


• Handle enquiries across the showroom, telephone and email promptly and professionally, including following up on quotes and leads.


• Deliver an outstanding after\-sales experience and actively invite satisfied customers to leave Trustpilot reviews.


• Keep the showroom floor immaculate, well\-merchandised and correctly ticketed at all times.


• Support stock checks, deliveries and general showroom operations as required.


• Work as one team with showroom and head\-office colleagues to share leads and resolve customer issues.
