Band 6 Physiotherapist - Salisbury
Are you looking for a role that really enables you to work holistically?
We have a rare opportunity for someone who appreciates the synergy between physical and mental health to join our established team at Fountain Way Hospital.

Provide a physiotherapy service to service users on our adult and older adult wards at Fountain Way Hospital.
Opportunity to develop community services.
Provide assessment, treatment planning, intervention, review and evaluation with a complex caseload.
Liaison with local acute hospital physiotherapy and rehab teams.
Onward signposting to community groups and community activity/sport/health resources.
