Salary
£30,659 \- £32,526 per annum , dependent on experience and qualifications.
Shift Pattern
This is a waking night position , working 12\-hour night shifts from 19:30 \- 07:30 on a rotational rota of 4 nights on 4 nights off.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, supportive and nurturing environment throughout the night, responding to the needs of young people, completing welfare checks, supporting emotional wellbeing, and ensuring the smooth running of the service outside of daytime hours.

Trevone House is Gloucestershire County Council's flagship semi\-independent accommodation service for young people aged 16\-25\. We support care leavers to build independence, develop life skills, and create positive pathways into adulthood.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while helping them navigate some of life's most important transitions.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide overnight support to young people, helping to maintain their safety and wellbeing, responding to any incidents or emergencies, offering reassurance where needed, and ensuring accurate record\-keeping throughout the night. You will be an important part of creating a stable and supportive environment where young people feel safe and cared for.
Previous experience within this field, or in a related support role, is essential. We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, relevant life experience, and the right values to support vulnerable young people successfully.
A full UK driving licence is preferred to support young people with appointments, activities, and community engagement.
