The role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide person\-centred care and support, including:

• Personal care and mobility support


• Medication support


• Meal preparation


• Companionship and emotional support


• Supporting clients to access their community


• Shopping and light household tasks


• Following care plans and reporting any changes or concerns


• Encouraging independence, choice and control

We aim to provide continuity of care, giving you the opportunity to get to know the people you regularly support and understand their individual routines, preferences and needs.

What we're looking for

You don't necessarily need previous care experience – we're looking for people who are caring, reliable and committed to providing high\-quality care.

You must:

• Hold a full UK driving licence


• Have your own vehicle


• Be able to work independently in the community


• Be reliable and a good communicator


• Be available for a mixture of shifts, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends

Hours

Full\-time and part\-time positions available.

Our service operates 7 days a week, with care provided across mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
