The Role

We are looking for a versatile, energetic, and highly motivated Restaurant \& Bar Assistant to join our Food \& Beverage team. This is a true multitasking role that sits at the very heart of our guest experience. One moment you may be shaking a signature cocktail or pouring a perfect pint, and the next, you will be guiding guests through our dinner menu or setting up for a busy breakfast service.

You will act as a true ambassador of the hotel, ensuring that from the moment a guest walks into our restaurant or bar to the moment they leave, they receive flawless, warm, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Multitasking Excellence: Seamlessly transition between restaurant floor service, bar tending, and hosting duties depending on the shift and business needs.


• Exceptional Service: Deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all guests, handling orders, running food, and preparing beverages to exact brand standards.


• Bar Operations: Prepare alcoholic and non\-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and well\-stocked bar, and ensure compliance with all licensing and health \& safety regulations.


• Floor Management: Reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintain the pristine appearance of the dining room and bar areas, and assist with opening and closing duties.


• Guest Relations: Act as a proud ambassador for The Warwick Hotel. Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle any minor issues with a "can\-do" attitude and a smile.


• Team Collaboration: Support your colleagues across departments, communicating clearly with the kitchen, front desk, and management to ensure a smooth operation.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working within a hotel, high\-quality restaurant, or premium bar environment is required.


• Attitude: A relentless "can\-do" attitude and a rock\-solid work ethic. You thrive in a fast\-paced environment and never say "that's not my job."


• Passion for Hospitality: You genuinely love serving others, have a keen interest in food and drink, and take pride in delivering top\-tier customer service.


• Standards\-Driven: You possess a sharp eye for detail and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality.


• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
