Shift Pattern: Extended Night Shift (11:00 PM or 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM) *Note: This is a temporary schedule until our full 3\-shift rotation is implemented.*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, organized, and adaptable multitasker to become the heart of our overnight and early morning operations.

The Role

This is not your standard desk job. As our Night Auditor \& Breakfast Attendant, you will be the ultimate all\-rounder. While the world sleeps, you will be in charge of the hotel—balancing the day's financials, managing online channels, and ensuring our public areas are spotless. As the sun comes up, you will seamlessly transition into the morning rush: setting up the breakfast buffet, waiting on tables, and jumping back to the front desk to handle morning check\-outs with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk \& Night Audit:

• Act as the primary Manager on Duty overnight, ensuring guest safety and building security.


• Perform the nightly system close and financial audit using Lighthouse PMS (Cubilis).


• Process complex OTA payments, including Expedia Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs) and Booking.com (Channel/Hotel Collect) transactions.


• Verify and invoice all Holiday Extras bookings.


• Submit daily STR data accurately before 6:00 AM.


• Manage the hotel’s online reputation by replying to guest reviews (Google, Expedia, Booking.com) and handling email inquiries.


• Complete the Daily Morning Briefing Sheet with financials, maintenance updates, and handover notes.

• Perform overnight deep cleaning of the lobby, front desk, and public restrooms.


• Replenish all guest amenity stations (ensuring our English Breakfast tea and coffee supplies are fully stocked for the morning).


• Audit housekeeping stock levels against forecasted occupancy and alert management to any shortages.

• Prepare and set out the morning breakfast buffet, including cooking hot items and baking pastries.


• Act as the breakfast waiter: greeting guests, checking room numbers against the breakfast manifest, charging unpaid rooms, and clearing tables quickly.


• Maintain a constant line of sight on the front desk to simultaneously process morning guest check\-outs, take keys, and wish guests a safe journey.

• Experienced: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit is highly preferred. (Experience with Lighthouse PMS/Cubilis is a massive advantage).


• A True Multitasker: You can confidently flip an egg, clear a table, and run to the desk to print a guest folio without missing a beat.


• Tech\-Savvy: Comfortable navigating property management systems, processing virtual credit cards, and managing online extranets.


• Detail\-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for numbers and will not rest until the daily financials balance perfectly.


• Reliable \& Independent: You thrive working solo during the quiet hours and are highly dependable.
