We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and compassionate front of house receptionist to join our fantastic team, working across our Bolsover and Sheffield sites.

This is an ideal role for someone with a veterinary background who enjoys building relationships with clients, supporting pet owners, and being at the heart of practice life, without spending their day in a clinical setting.

What We're Looking For

We're ideally seeking:

• A Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a non\-clinical or reduced\-clinical role, or


• A qualified SQP

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills


• A friendly, positive, and professional attitude


• Excellent organisation and attention to detail


• The ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks

• Previous veterinary reception experience


• Insurance claim experience


• SQP qualification

• Working between our Sheffield and Bolsover practices


• Shifts between:


• 8:30am to 4:30pm


• 11:30am to 7:30pm


• 1 in 4 Saturdays at our Bolsover site (8:30am to 4:00pm)
