HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the effective management and delivery of the HR Advisory Service, providing guidance on workflow, processes and complex employee relations matters.

Working closely with leaders and managers across the Trust, the role will provide expert HR advice and support on a range of employee\-related concerns and complex casework. The HR Manager will also work alongside the Senior HR Manager to lead and contribute to key areas of work, including policy development, training, professional development and a range of HR projects and initiatives.
