Veterinary Care Assistant/ Veterinary Receptionist
Applicants must have previous experience working in a veterinary practice as a client care professional
\`\`\`Duties:\`\`\`
\- General reception duties, client care and communication
\- Assist veterinarians in providing care for animals by performing various tasks and procedures
\-Maintaining a clean premises
\- Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas for procedures
\- Restrain animals during examinations and treatments
\- Collect and process laboratory samples for testing
\- Perform diagnostic tests such as blood work and urinalysis
\- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
\`\`\`Qualifications:\`\`\`
\- High school diploma or equivalent required
\- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility preferred
\- Knowledge of veterinary medicine, procedures, and terminology
\- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures
\- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
\- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
\- Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals
