- Maintaining and developing design assets, templates and toolkits to support business needs.
- Championing accessibility, inclusivity and best practice across all design outputs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement tools, automation and AI solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Managing external agencies, freelancers and suppliers where additional design support is required.
- Significant experience working within an in\-house design environment, ideally within professional or financial services.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing creative teams.
- Experience supporting the implementation of a new or refreshed brand across multiple channels and audiences.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience creating branded business documents and presentations.
- A portfolio demonstrating excellence across brand identity, digital and social content, reports, campaigns and event collateral.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain creative concepts.
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills, with experience of managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- A collaborative mindset, high attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding creative work.
In addition to a competitive salary and access to our profit share scheme, we offer:
