Accountabilities

  • Define and manage the development roadmap and lifecycle strategy of policy control platforms, including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution initiatives.

  • Lead the delivery of new services and platform enhancements from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and operational handover.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable and reliable technical solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, including technical assessments, scope definition, contract alignment, and delivery oversight.

  • Support procurement and tender activities by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and contributing to solution selection.

  • Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including hardware and software delivery, deployment planning, testing, and cross-functional execution.

  • Provide technical expertise on platform architecture, capabilities, and service opportunities while supporting critical production changes and maintenance activities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience working with telecom network technologies and service platforms within GSM, UMTS, LTE, or related environments.

  • Strong understanding of policy control, charging systems, packet core technologies, and associated network components.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols and their application in telecom infrastructures.

  • Solid understanding of IP networking concepts and network architecture principles.

  • Experience working with Linux-based environments and familiarity with SQL databases.

  • Ability to manage complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.

  • Knowledge of 5G Core architecture, large-scale data environments, or advanced Linux administration would be considered an advantage.
