Accountabilities

  • Own and evolve core product areas related to observability workflows, including alerting, application performance monitoring (APM), onboarding experiences, and investigation tools.

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and user research through definition, design, implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.

  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that improve visibility, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency for users.

  • Engage regularly with customers and power users to gather insights, validate product decisions, and prioritize impactful enhancements.

  • Improve user onboarding journeys by reducing time-to-value and enabling customers to achieve meaningful outcomes quickly.

  • Define and optimize workflows that connect metrics, traces, logs, alerts, and performance data into cohesive investigative experiences.

  • Maintain a strong focus on usability, performance, and product quality, ensuring complex workflows remain efficient and accessible for technical users.

  • Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to inform strategic product decisions and roadmap priorities.

Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B software products.

  • Proven ability to build product-led experiences with a strong emphasis on usability, customer value, and long-term adoption.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems, APIs, data architectures, and engineering workflows.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives independently and delivering results across multiple stages of the product development lifecycle.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to creating outstanding experiences for sophisticated technical users.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document decisions, articulate trade-offs, and align stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-moving, remote-first environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to leverage customer feedback, product analytics, and business objectives to make informed prioritization decisions.

  • Experience in observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or related technical domains is highly valued.

  • Familiarity with technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Kafka, ClickHouse, or similar distributed systems is considered a plus.

  • Previous experience within a Series B or later-stage startup environment is advantageous.
