Accountabilities

  • Provide technical support to users by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of software, infrastructure, and system-related issues.

  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of customer service and user satisfaction.

  • Monitor system performance and utilize diagnostic tools, logs, and monitoring platforms to investigate and resolve incidents.

  • Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure and business-critical services.

  • Analyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system performance and support processes.

  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and other internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and technical knowledge to support operational efficiency.

  • Maintain composure and effectiveness when managing incidents in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

  • Stay current with evolving technologies and continuously develop technical expertise to support changing business needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, systems support, or IT operations role.

  • Strong administration-level knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.

  • Experience using monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues.

  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
