UX/UI Designer (Protected Category under Law 68/99)

UX/UI Designer (Protected Category under Law 68/99\):
TXT e\-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer, with at least 1 year’s experience, to join the UX Design team, which is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank’s digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff.
Main responsibilities:
Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
UX design and wireframe creation;
Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
Management of the corporate design system;
Collaboration with development teams;
Design quality assurance (QA);
Cross\-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Required technical skills:
Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large\-scale digital ecosystems;
Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi\-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional technical skills:
Previous experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors;
Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front\-end development teams.
Education: High school diploma.

Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of different user groups;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 35\.000 € and EUR 40\.000 € gross per year;
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
