Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for managing and scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels, ensuring strong efficiency and growth outcomes.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and internal BI systems
- Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA and LTV thresholds, continuously improving key performance metrics
- Test and iterate on new creative concepts, audience segments, and ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness
- Conduct deep performance analysis to understand funnel behavior, unit economics, and profitability drivers
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies and improve overall campaign ROI
Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing and a deep understanding of acquisition mechanics and attribution systems.
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with proven results on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics, and mobile growth funnels
- Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), especially AppsFlyer, and knowledge of SKAdNetwork principles
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
- Strong testing mindset with experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, remote, international teams
- Fluent Russian and English (minimum B1+ level in English)
