Accountabilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively engaging industrial customers in target markets and generating qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and long-term partnership development.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings to promote solutions and generate pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including application engineers, R&D, production, and sales teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring successful adoption and performance of precision grinding solutions.
- Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of technical solutions by aligning customer requirements with internal capabilities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, document customer interactions, success stories, and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Share market knowledge, customer feedback, and best practices across internal teams to strengthen overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial processes, ideally related to precision grinding, surface finishing, or similar applications.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in complex technical markets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and production teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently across regional and international markets.
