ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team and deliver a high level of customer service.

This is a hands\-on role where you will be responsible for managing the overall sales process at our branch. You will coordinate daily operations, train, support and supervise staff, and ensure the sales site is presented to the highest standard at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end\-to\-end vehicle sales process


• Recruiting, training, and managing sales staff


• Preparing staff rotas and overseeing daily operations


• Ensuring the branch is well\-presented and maintained


• Assisting customers with enquiries, viewings, and test drives


• Liaising with finance companies


• Managing stock

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive “can\-do” attitude. The working pattern follows a rota, which includes working two Saturdays. When a Saturday is worked, the following Monday will be a day off.

• Management and sales experience

• Ability to work with systems and finance products

• Strong admin and telephone skills
