Core Responsibilities: Live Interpretation \& Cultural Bridging

In this digital role, you will conduct sophisticated Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) and Over\-the\-Phone Interpretation (OPI) calls, preserving exact technical meanings and cultural contexts:

• Real\-Time Translation: Provide fluid, live verbal interpretation during critical conversations, such as emergency medical crises, courtroom hearings, and first\-responder dispatches.


• Specialized Jargon: Confidently navigate and apply complex, industry\-specific terminology across the fields of medicine, law, finance, and public safety on demand.


• Integrity \& Objectivity: Uphold strict data security, absolute privacy, and total neutrality, operating in perfect alignment with international compliance standards.


• Cultural Navigation: Spot and dissolve subtle cultural disconnects instantly to foster clear, misinterpretation\-free communication between all participants.


• Platform Efficiency: Use a protected, dedicated cloud system to coordinate your schedule and maintain an efficient digital workflow.

We want tech\-literate professionals who combine analytical precision with exceptional dual\-language fluency.

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Fluency: Native\-level or C2\-certified mastery of both Ukrainian and English, including deep familiarity with technical vocabulary, regional slang, and local idioms.


• Right to Work: Must be an EU citizen or possess a valid Portuguese Residency Permit (Título de Residência).


• Cognitive Focus: Elite active listening skills and strong short\-term memory capacity to absorb, translate, and deliver complex information on the spot.


• Composure Under Pressure: The psychological durability to stay composed, unbiased, and professional during distressing crisis calls or emergency scenarios.


• Remote Setup: A dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions, paired with high\-speed fiber\-optic internet (at least 20 Mbps upload and download).
