We are looking for a Business Analysis Assistant for our offices in Rio de Mouro.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports on Key Performance Indicators for the Sales and Marketing teams;


• Calculating and tracking campaign results;


• Monitoring the Sales team’s targets;


• Monitoring and controlling sales forecasts;


• Assisting with the preparation of Sales and Marketing meetings.

Required Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;


• Specialization in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales analysis or a similar role

Required Skills:

• Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines;


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;


• Knowledge of Business Objects and SAP Reporting is a plus;


• Sense of responsibility and results\-oriented mindset;


• Problem\-solving skills and a proactive attitude;


• Fluency in English;


• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
