ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its modern design and excellent service. It offers a unique experience for both business and leisure travelers.
Your mission: Responsible for assisting guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure, while upholding the brand's service standards.
What You Will Do
- Ensure that guests receive a welcome and farewell according to brand standards.
- Assist guests by opening and closing car doors, hotel doors, and elevators.
- Help guests secure taxi service.
- Ensure the hotel entrance is staffed at all times.
- Provide guests with information on points of interest, nearby areas, hotel services, and exits.
- Keep the hotel entrance and lobby clean and organized.
- Ensure that guests receive all information about hotel services and amenities upon check\-in.
- Stay informed about daily events, groups, VIPs, etc.
- Maintain constant communication with the front desk.
- Respond to any guest complaints or concerns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the role.
- High level of Portuguese and advanced English
- Hospitality degree.
- Quality and customer service oriented.
