Travel Branch Manager (Travel Experience Essential)

The post holder shall:
- Take responsibility for maximising the sales and profitability of their branch.
- Ensure all colleagues deliver unrivalled customer service and the delivery of the Travel Customer Journey Framework
- Actively encourage the development of colleague product knowledge within the branch to support the delivery of unrivalled customer service.
- Support, through guidance and direction the selling opportunities for Additional products e.g. Attraction Tickets, Airport Parking, Car Hire, \& Travel Money.
- Identifies opportunities and actions to enhance the branch performance, including understanding of competitor activity, discount controls, commercial information, marketing activity, promotional initiatives, events and PR opportunities.
- To conduct colleague one to ones on a regular basis to support colleague development, engagement and the delivery of individual colleague targets set .
- Comply fully and accurately to current policies and procedures in place, whilst adhering to deadlines for their completion and submission.
- Effectively manage absence, conducting ‘return to work’ interviews in all cases and taking appropriate action and advice as necessary.
- Ensure all promotional material is presentable and up to date and thus reflects positively on the image of the branch and that such housekeeping ensures the accuracy of material used by colleagues.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
Qualifications:
Certificate in Management GCSE standard of education
