We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Assistant Manager to join our team.

Working along side the Manager, you will lead the team,drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service \-while continuing to sell amazing holidays and travel experiences yourself.

Responsibilities

• Support in the day to day running of the office.


• Provide expert advice to clients on hotel ,flights,cruise and travel destinations.


• Handle client enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, guiding them through the booking process from start to finish.


• Build strong relationships and generate repeat business.


• Drive sales and achieve office targets.


• Lead ,coach and motivate the team.


• Support training and team performance.


• Liaise with tour operators ,airlines and travel suppliers.

• Previous experience in a Travel Agency is essential.


• Strong sales and customer service skills.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.


• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.


• Confident,organised and commercially minded.


• Passion for travel and delivering fantastic customer service experiences.
