Run It Cool specialise in temperature\-controlled, affordable routes to market for UK manufacturers \& 3PL providers, mainly servicing the hospitality, education and food service sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email


• Booking and monitoring transport deliveries


• Liaising with drivers and operations staff


• Updating customers on delivery progress


• Managing the company mailbox


• Inputting and maintaining accurate records


• Supporting the wider customer service and operations team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail


• Confident using computers, email, Microsoft Office and Excell


• Ability to work calmly under pressure


• Experience in transport, logistics, or customer service preferred but not essential


• Reliable, punctual, and team\-oriented

• Friendly and supportive working environment


• Part\-time hours with consistency

Monday \- Friday

• Morning Shift: 8:00am – 1:00pm


• Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Pay: £14,040\.00 per year
