Signature Consulting Direct is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing Nottingham team.

You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition, communication and sales before progressing into leadership and management responsibilities through our structured development programme.

The Role

Working as part of our sales team, you'll represent our clients, engage with customers, build strong relationships and help deliver customer acquisition campaigns.

Alongside developing your sales ability, you'll receive hands\-on training in:

• Sales and customer acquisition


• Customer relationship management


• Leadership and team development


• Recruitment and interviewing


• Business development


• Performance analysis and KPI management


• Public speaking and presentation skills


• Client relationship management


• Coaching and mentoring

You'll receive ongoing support and mentoring from experienced managers throughout your development.

• Take on responsibilities including recruitment, coaching, performance management and client liaison.

Stage 4 – Sales Manager

• Lead your own team, manage campaigns and continue developing future leaders.
