Human Resources Business Partner
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a trusted partner to the business, with a heavy emphasis on Operations (Delivery, Support, and other functions). You will lean on your emerging expertise to influence business execution and coach management, while remaining anchored in day\-to\-day operations. You will balance leading employee relations, training, and compliance with hands\-on execution like onboarding and lifecycle administration as needed.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Business Partner include the following:
- Partner with business unit(s) Leadership to develop and execute the People Operations strategy and roadmap aligned to the broader vision and longer\-range strategies of the business unit.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and investigator for complex employee relations issues, providing fair, consistent, and legally compliant case reviews.
- Provide expert guidance to all stakeholders on local and international employment laws, mitigating risk while supporting business objectives.
- Coach business unit leaders and front\-line managers through organizational issues, performance management, and talent strategies.
- Deliver core HR processes/programs developed by People Operations in tandem with local and regional teams.
- Provide recommended actions to clients to guide planning, program design, decision\-making, and measures of success.
- Assist in driving organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as we continue to grow and scale the organization.
- Deliver and scale core HR processes, training programs, and initiatives developed by People Operations.
- Build programs in partnership with People Operations, COEs, and business teams.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with progressively challenging responsibilities.
- Experience working with global/international teams in high growth, global organizations.
- Highly collaborative approach with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross\-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work from the Nottingham office at least one day per week, with flexibility for additional in\-office attendance during employee engagement events.
- BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM\-CP, SHRM\-SCP) is a plus.
