The Role

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will work directly with customers, build strong relationships, develop your sales and leadership skills, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

You'll receive hands\-on training in:

Customer acquisition and relationship management

Sales strategy and territory development

Business operations and performance management

Earnings \& Progression

Our development programme is designed to reward performance and provide clear opportunities for progression.

Typical On\-Target Earnings (OTE)

Months 1–3: £25,000–£40,000 annualised OTE

Months 3–6: £45,000–£60,000 annualised OTE

Year 1 and beyond: £100,000\+ OTE for high\-performing individuals progressing through the programme

OTE figures are based on current and historical performance within the business and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary depending on performance, progression, and experience.
