Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across the global energy transition market, partnering with businesses focused on areas such as renewables, clean technology, future mobility, data centres, energy software, and low-carbon infrastructure.
Founded in 2019 by experienced recruiters from established global firms, the business has grown rapidly across the UK and US and is now looking to hire multiple Trainee Recruitment Consultants into its London office.

The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as a full 360 consultant from day one with structured support and training.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients within specialist markets
- Business development and market mapping
- Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
- Developing your own personal brand and LinkedIn presence
- Attending industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
- Working closely with senior consultants on retained and contingent assignments
Training & Development:
Training is delivered through a combination of classroom sessions, desk-based coaching, and group workshops across the business.
