Salary: £28,000 \+ uncapped commission
OTE: £35–40k Year 1 \| £80–100k\+ Year 2

The role

• Build and own a network of construction professionals across Europe


• Develop client relationships and win new business


• Manage the full recruitment process end to end


• Negotiate and close deals

This is a sales role with bigger deals, longer\-term relationships and serious earning potential.

• Sales experience (B2B, telesales, lead gen or similar)


• Target\-driven and competitive


• Resilient under pressure


• Coachable with a strong desire to improve
