We are a friendly and modern dental practice seeking a Dental Nurse / Receptionist to join our team.

We welcome applications from:

• Qualified Dental Nurses (GDC registered), or


• Individuals currently enrolled on an accredited Dental Nursing course and working towards qualification.

This is a dual\-role position involving both dental nursing and reception duties. The successful candidate will provide excellent patient care while supporting the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance during dental treatments.


• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms.


• Following infection control and decontamination protocols.


• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment.


• Managing appointments and patient records.


• Answering telephone and email enquiries.


• General reception and administrative duties.

• Friendly, professional, and reliable.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work well in a team and independently.


• Good organisational and computer skills.


• Previous dental practice experience is preferred but not essential.
