The Role
We are seeking experienced Three Phase Metering Engineers to support our growing portfolio of metering services throughout the London region, primarily covering the East.
This is an opportunity to join a business where your contribution is valued, your development is supported and you'll have the chance to further broaden your technical skills.
You will be responsible for installing, exchanging, maintaining and fault\-finding on Three Phase metering equipment, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.
Alongside core metering activities, you may also support communication fault investigations, manual data downloads, site surveys and inspections, providing greater variety and opportunities to develop your industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, exchange and maintain Three Phase and CT metering equipment
- Investigate and resolve metering faults
- Deliver excellent customer service on every visit
- Work safely and in accordance with industry regulations and company procedures
- Complete all job documentation accurately and efficiently
- Manage company vehicle, stock and equipment responsibly
- Work closely with operational and technical support teams
- Contribute to a positive team culture and share best practice
- MOCOPA Multi\-Phase
- Proven Three Phase Metering experience
- CT Metering experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault\-finding and problem\-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- EUSR Registration
- Smart Meter Qualifications
- HH/NHH Metering Experience
- CT Commissioning Experience
- Meter Operator Experience
- LV Authorisation
- REGT1 / Medium Pressure
