The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Healthcare Assistants who bring sunshine into every shift! If you’ve got experience in care, a big heart, and a smile that lights up a room, you’ll fit right in. At Globe Court, every day is a chance to make someone’s life brighter.

We have opportunities across both day and night shifts, so whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, there’s a place for you on our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living with dignity and respect

  • Share companionship, laughter, and encouragement

  • Build strong, meaningful connections with residents and their families

  • Work hand\-in\-hand with our amazing nurses, carers, and management team

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a care home is essential

  • A vibrant, positive personality that residents can count on

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for making a difference

  • Right to work in the UK (please note: no overseas sponsorship available)
