Temporary staffing coordinator (INTERNAL)
Wye Valley trust are seeking a Temporary staffing co\-ordinator for our busy Temporary staffing team. This position is a full time (37\.5\) hours and is permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for co\-ordinating the activities of multiple stakeholders to provide an efficient and cost effective service that meets the needs of our temporary staffing team.
To efficiently assist in the daily running of the bank office.
To work as part of a team ensuring shifts are processed efficiently and within given timescales.
Answer all telephone enquiries, taking and relaying messages in a polite and helpful manner, taking action as appropriate.
To liaise with external agencies as per departmental policies and procedures.
To input data into the E\-roster and any other data bases required promptly and to provide wards and departments with relevant information as required.
