This is a fast-paced, performance-driven outbound sales role focused on calling an established client base, driving revenue growth, and consistently converting high-quality conversations into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound sales calls to an existing client base
- Identifying opportunities and closing sales over the phone
- Building pipeline through effective follow-up and account development
- Delivering consistent revenue performance in a targeted environment
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise conversion rates
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales or inside sales
- Strong background in phone-based sales and closing deals
- Confident communicating with corporate / business clients
- Target-driven with a strong track record of hitting KPIs
- Resilient, high-energy and commercially focused
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured pipelines
- £60,000 OTE in a high-performing sales environment
- Warm, established client base (no cold start)
- Strong inbound/outbound conversion activity (70% conversation rate)
